The village parish church, Grade II listed and largely fourteenth century, standing on the hill above the A170 with its chancel rebuilt in the 1860s. Part of the Benefice of Moor & Dale. Communion is held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month at 11am, and the church is open to visitors in daylight hours.
