The largest classic car show in the UK, held over three days at the NEC with around 3,000 classic cars, mostly on club stands, plus traders and restoration features. Owners usually take part through their car club stand.

Thornton-le-Dale Gala and Classic Car Show

Classic vehicle show held at the village's Spring Gala, run by volunteers to fund local sports facilities, with classic cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles judged during the afternoon. The gala also has dog and pony shows, trade stands and a children's fair, and club stands can be booked.

Burton Constable Classic Car Show (May Bank Holiday)

Show. Organiser: East Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club with the Burton Constable Foundation
Rally of classic cars and motorcycles in the Burton Constable parkland, held by the East Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club at the hall since 2005. The 2026 edition also had a Lotus Owners Club display and was described as record breaking.
Croft Classic to Modern Motor Show
2027 date to be announced: Annually on a Saturday in May
Croft Circuit, Croft-on-Tees, North Yorkshire
Show. Organiser: Croft Circuit
Motor show at the circuit covering motoring past and present, with owners' club displays, track parades, passenger rides and dealer stands. Clubs taking part have included the MG Car Club and Alfa Romeo Owners Club.
Jorvik Run
2027 date to be announced: Annually on a Sunday in mid May

Charity classic car run across the North York Moors, starting and finishing in Pickering, held for the 27th time in 2026 in support of Yorkshire Air Ambulance. More than 100 vehicles were expected in 2025.

Festival of Transport

Nine day transport festival at Beamish with visiting buses, a static display of 1950s cars and motorcycles from the Sunderland and District Classic Vehicle Society, and cars, motorcycles and steam engines on the move during the Power from the Past days.
Hopetown Classic and Vintage Vehicle Rally

Hopetown Darlington, Darlington, County Durham

Classic and vintage vehicle rally at the railway heritage site Hopetown. Owners of cars, motorbikes and vehicles up to van size can register to display.

Yorkshire Classic & Performance Motor Show
2027 date to be announced: Annually on the late May Bank Holiday Monday

Show. Organiser: Great British Motor Shows
Long running show, 42nd edition in 2026, with classic, vintage, sports, performance and modified vehicles plus motorcycles, trade stands and category judging. Owners can book a place on the show field and enter the Vehicle of the Show judging. Held at Ripley Castle in 2025 before moving to Scampston Hall.

Meadowhall Motorfest

A charity vehicle show at the shopping centre with vintage and classic cars alongside supercars, motorcycles, lorries, tractors and film cars, raising money for Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice.
Skipton Car Show
2027 date to be announced: Annually on the first Sunday in June
Skipton High Street, Skipton, North Yorkshire
Show. Organiser: Skipton Car Show (not for profit, supported by Skipton BID)
Free one day show along Skipton High Street, first held in 2015, with classic, vintage and retro cars alongside American cars, hot rods, motorcycles and some trucks. Owners apply in advance through the show's exhibitor application.

Scalby Fair Classic and Vintage Car and Motorbike Show

Annual run for cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles registered before 1956, now in its 53rd year. Visitors can watch the start and finish at the museum.
Castle Howard Father's Day Car Show
2027 date to be announced: Annually on Father's Day (third Sunday in June)

Annual Father's Day gathering of classic and vintage cars and motorcycles, with club stands, in the grounds of Castle Howard. Vehicles are shown by private owners and owners' clubs.
Classic Cars at Gainsborough Old Hall
2027 date to be announced: Twice a year: Father's Day in June and a Sunday in late September
Gainsborough Old Hall, Parnell Street, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Show. Organiser: Lincs and Louth Motor Club, hosted by English Heritage
Display of classic cars from the 1940s onwards in the grounds of the medieval manor house, run by the Lincs and Louth Motor Club. Viewing the cars is free; entry to the hall is separate.
Classic Cars for Father's Day at Brodsworth Hall
2027 date to be announced: Annual, Father's Day weekend in June
Brodsworth Hall and Gardens, Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Show. Organiser: English Heritage
A two day display of classic cars from the 1920s to the 1990s, with some performance cars, on the lawns of the Victorian country house. Gardens, play area and tearoom are open as usual.
Cold War Wheels
2027 date to be announced: Annually on Father's Day (third Sunday in June)
Yorkshire Air Museum, Elvington, North Yorkshire
Museum day. Organiser: Yorkshire Air Museum
Museum show of cars and motorcycles from the 1960s to the 1980s displayed alongside the Cold War jet collection, included in normal museum admission. More than 130 vehicles were booked in 2025, and owners can apply on the exhibitor booking form.

NECPWA Classic Car Day at Beamish
2027 date to be announced: Fathers' Day in June, with a further day in September in some years

Honley Show Classic Car Section

Knaresborough Revved Classic Car Show

Charity show of classic and performance cars, motorcycles and military vehicles in the grounds of Knaresborough House, first held in 2026 to fund a visit by young footballers from the twin town of Volodymyr in Ukraine. Owners booked vehicle places in advance and spectator entry was free.

Darlington Vintage Car Rally

Concours d'elegance judged across age classes covering around 140 years of motoring, with more than 50 cars competing for Best in Show. Spectators attend with a ticket.
Lincolnshire Classic Motor Show

Show. Organiser: Live Promotions Events Ltd
One day classic motoring show first held in 2026, with vintage and modern classic cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, club displays, traders selling classic parts and memorabilia, and a live rally stage featuring Group B cars. Car and motorcycle clubs can apply for display space.
Newby Hall Historic Vehicle Rally
2027 date to be announced: Annually on a Sunday in mid to late July

Concours. Organiser: Bowcliffe Hall with the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu
A summer motoring day at Bowcliffe Hall where the National Motor Museum brings classic, vintage and racing cars from its collection, with a concours, talks and live music. Visitors can enter their own car in the concours by returning a booking form after buying a ticket.

Hebden Bridge Vintage Weekend

A two day vintage and classic vehicle rally run as a charity fundraiser since 1982, with class prizes for exhibitors and a steampunk weekend in the town alongside it.

Harrogate MG and Classic Car Club Show

Classic car show for all makes, held for the 39th time in 2025, with an MG competition, club and trade stands, music and a fun dog show. Owners can bring their car on the day.

Jowett Cars at the Mill

A free family day celebrating Bradford built Jowett cars, with vintage and classic cars and bikes on display at the industrial museum plus children's activities.
VW Festival
2027 date to be announced: Annual, a weekend in early August (Friday to Sunday)
Harewood House, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS17 9LG
Show. Organiser: Harewood House Trust
A three day Volkswagen festival with camping, where at least half the vehicles are air cooled classics. Several hundred show cars and club displays line up in front of the house, with show and shine awards.
Yorkshire Porsche Festival
2027 date to be announced: Annual, a Sunday in August
Lotherton Hall, Leeds, West Yorkshire
Show. Organiser: Porsche Club GB
A one make show bringing hundreds of Porsches of all ages, classic models included, to the grounds of Lotherton Hall, with a concours. Hall visitors are invited to come along.

Classic Cars at Hesslewood

Hesslewood Office Park, Ferriby Road, Hessle, East Riding of Yorkshire
Show. Organiser: Hesslewood Charitable Causes Fund
Charity classic car show at Hesslewood Office Park on the western edge of Hull, with vehicles ranging from vintage saloons to sports classics. Proceeds support Humber Rescue; 2025 was its fifth year.
Mathewsons Live

Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, North Yorkshire

Two day festival from the Bangers and Cash team with over 500 cars, motorbikes, trucks and rally cars on themed club and individual displays, a rally stage and a live auction. Owners can apply to show their own vehicle.

Oulton Park Gold Cup

Oulton Park Circuit, Little Budworth, near Tarporley, Cheshire
Show. Organiser: MotorSport Vision (Oulton Park), with the Historic Sports Car Club running the race programme
A three day historic race meeting with classic and vintage car club displays across the weekend and the Cheshire Concours on the Sunday. Display space is booked in advance through car clubs, and applications for 2026 had closed before the event.
Stamfordham Classic and Sports Car Show
2027 date to be announced: Annually on the August bank holiday Monday
Village playing fields, Stamfordham, Northumberland
Show. Organiser: Stamfordham village show committee
Bank holiday afternoon show on the village playing fields, which marked its tenth year in 2026. Entry for display cars is by charity donation.

Rotherham Show Vintage Vehicle Rally

Vintage motoring festival where pre war style hot rods and motorcycles race in pairs over a 200 yard course on Bridlington's South Beach. The weekend also includes a static display of vintage and classic vehicles, cruises and a public registration day where entries can be seen up close.
Morris Minor Rally at the National Coal Mining Museum
2027 date to be announced: Annual, last Sunday of September
National Coal Mining Museum for England, Caphouse Colliery, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF4 4RH
Rally. Organiser: Morris Minor Owners Club, West Yorkshire Branch
The West Yorkshire branch rally of the Morris Minor Owners Club, held in the museum's pit yard with free entry. Classic car enthusiasts are welcome alongside Minor owners; it does not go ahead in heavy rain.

Ryhope Engines Museum Blackberry Week Classic Car Rally

Classic car rally on the Sunday of the museum's autumn steaming weekend, supported by the Sunderland and District Classic Vehicle Society, with the Victorian pumping engines in steam.
