Charlie Mathewson is Paul Mathewson's son and Derek Mathewson's grandson, and has appeared on Bangers & Cash since series 2.
Who Charlie is
Charlie is Paul's son and part of the family's third generation in the trade. He first appeared in series 2, spending a day at a classic car show with his grandad Derek, and in series 9 he showed off his own rally car. Series 13 marked a step up. After collection trips with his dad to Northampton, Anglesey and Hull, he made his first solo collection, an Austin van from the North York Moors, and later picked up a Ford Cortina Deluxe.
